Connecting Youth Work and Vocational Education

Amman Youth Network combines Vocational Education and Training (VET), non-formal learning, and youth work to support young people in developing practical skills, strengthening their participation, and accessing learning and employment opportunities.

COMMUNITY-BASED LEARNING

Learning With and Through Communities

AYN works with young people through practical, participatory, and community-based learning. Our activities combine vocational skills, non-formal education, volunteering, and youth participation.

Through workshops, local initiatives, international projects, and peer learning, young people develop skills while contributing to their communities and learning from real-life experiences.

Guiding principles

Inclusion, youth participation, sustainability, and international cooperation guide our work

We connect local youth activities with vocational learning, community participation, and international cooperation to create practical learning opportunities for young people.

Cooperate With AYN

We welcome cooperation with VET providers, youth organisations, educational institutions, businesses, community organisations, and international partners.
